Christen Scalone
President
This is Christen's 3rd year on the HSA Board; this year as President. Beyond volunteering and attending community events, Christen also teaches neurodivergent youth strength class at KORU Movement Studio, in New Hope, as well as works as a Consultant in the Pharmaceutical Marketing space. She has three children at NHSSD, Owen in 7th grade, Reid in 4th grade, and Cole in 2nd grade.
Heather Cronin
Vice President of Promotion
Heather is a mom of four children in 6th, 4th, 3rd, and 1st grade and is excited to be part of the HSA team. She is a physical therapist by profession and enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, collecting houseplants, and baking sourdough bread. Life at the Cronin household is always busy, with two dogs, a cat, and chickens joining in on the fun! Her children enjoy participating in many activities including horses, acting, baseball and softball, wrestling, basketball, field hockey and swimming. Heather looks forward to helping promote the many wonderful things happening within our school community and keeping families connected and involved!
Rupa Mohan
Vice President of Fundraising
Rupa and her family moved to New Hope in November and are excited to be part of the community. She is eager to get involved in the HSA to help create fun and meaningful experiences for students and families. Rupa has a background in finance and entrepreneurship, as well as experience working with mission-driven organizations. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, and exploring all that New Hope has to offer. Rupa has a 3rd grade student at NHSD.
Amanda Lang
Vice President of Volunteering
Mandy is a Physical Therapist and a busy mother to a 1st grader and 4th grader at NHSD. This is Mandy’s first year serving on the HSA Board. You’ll find Mandy at all the activities her children are involved in (soccer, baseball, basketball), volunteering at school and being an active member of the community. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys working out and playing Tennis. The Lang Family enjoys making memories at their beach house.
Carmen Kim
Secretary
Carmen has a 4th grader and a kindergartener in New Hope. This is her first year as part of the HSA and she is excited to serve the community. Carmen is a business development and marketing strategist. She enjoys board games, puzzles, cooking and spending time with family. The Kim family stays busy with Baseball, Chess Club, Band and just getting into new adventures as a family. Carmen's company, Workbench SEO, donated this website to the HSA!
